Makhana, also called fox nuts, are the popped seeds of the Euryale ferox water lily. They are traditionally grown in ponds and wetlands, with Bihar as the main producer in India. The seeds are harvested, roasted and popped. HELLO ESC roasts them and seasons them in five flavours.
